In February 2003 the display of some of the incredible Roman pottery recovered from the site of the new Cazenove headquarters was unveiled. The excavations, which took place during 1999 and 2000, revealed an extensive 2nd century AD pottery production site, with kilns, workshops and waste pits. The waste pits contained some whole or nearly whole pots, which had not made the grade. Following the excavation Cazenove and the Museum of London and MoLSS worked together to create a display of some of the best examples from the site.
